Hi, guys, love your podcast, very informative, I do have one small comment, you've probably gotten this before, but is there any way you could turn up the volume a bit, I have to have the player and speaker volume up all the way to hear some of you guys sometimes, then the commercials blare, and I have to keep turning it up and down.

Heilsa Folks! I just wanted to get my 2 cents for Tony: You don't need a fancy dress for ritual. IMHO one should be thinking about the Gods 24/7 and therefore getting into a spiritual mindset should not be as much of an issue. Sure, it can be a plus but should not be a requirement.
